By using Dev Pods you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the service.

Membership & Billing

• Dev Pods is a subscription service. Access continues while your membership is active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel from your account dashboard.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for first‑time payments — contact support@devpods.gg to request a refund within that window. After 30 days, payments are non‑refundable, though you may cancel future billing at any time.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing accounts is discouraged and may be grounds for suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines.

Ownership & Contributions

Creators retain ownership of original work they produce (code, art, audio). Collaborative projects are shared among contributors per the agreement made by the team; you should not claim sole ownership of group work without consent from collaborators.

Community Standards

Members must be respectful and constructive. Harassment, hate, spam, and unlawful conduct are prohibited and may result in removal.

Tools & Data

We use third‑party tools (Kajabi, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta/Reddit pixels) to operate and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details about data collection and usage.

Disclaimer & Liability

Dev Pods provides services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability related to membership and the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms; material changes will be announced to members.
